2.1 Digital Products. Med Ops Manuals provides digital manual suites for nurse practitioner-owned aesthetic and wellness clinics. All products are delivered electronically in PDF format.

2.2 License Grant. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our manuals within your single clinic location only. This license permits customization for internal use but prohibits distribution outside your organization.

2.3 Intellectual Property. All manuals, templates, and materials remain the exclusive property of Med Ops Manuals, LLC. Copyright and all intellectual property rights are retained by us.

3. PROHIBITED USES

You may NOT:

• Share, sell, sublicense, or distribute manuals outside your clinic

• Create competing products or derivative works for resale

• Post manuals or templates on any website or platform

• Use materials to provide consulting services to other clinics

• Transfer your license to another party

Violation results in immediate license termination and potential legal action.

4. PURCHASE TERMS

4.1 Payment. All purchases are final upon completion. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor.

4.2 Delivery. Digital products are delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase. You are responsible for providing a valid email address.

4.3 Refund Policy. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds are provided once access to materials has been granted.

5. USE RESTRICTIONS

5.1 Professional Use Only. Our manuals are for professional use by licensed healthcare facilities. You represent that you are authorized to make purchases for your clinic.
